Role at Rizenda

Ricky makes sure every engagement starts from a shared understanding. He turns the client’s business needs into a clear scope for the technical team, then prepares the proposals, quotations and procurement documents required.

While a project runs, Ricky is the bridge between the client and the team: scheduling, reporting progress and making sure every change is agreed on. He also manages Rizenda’s brand communication and digital channels.

Initial consultation and client needs mapping
Preparing proposals, quotations and tender documents
Contract negotiation and vendor/partner relationships
Project scheduling and progress reporting to clients
Rizenda brand communication, content and digital channels
Account care and post-project client relationships
