How long does it take to build an app?
It depends on scope. A simple MVP usually takes 6–10 weeks, enterprise systems 3–6 months. We give a detailed estimate after discovery.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. For custom projects, source code and documentation are fully handed over after final payment.
Do you serve clients outside Jakarta?
Yes. Software development can be fully remote, and we ship hardware across Indonesia.
What are the payment terms?
Usually in stages: down payment, milestones and final payment on handover. For government institutions we follow applicable procurement rules.

Is there a warranty after go-live?
Every project includes a 3-month bug warranty. Monthly maintenance plans are available afterwards.

Are all items genuine with official warranty?
Yes. We only supply genuine items from authorised distributors, with warranty cards.
Can you handle installation and configuration?
Yes. Our infrastructure team handles installation, network configuration, OS imaging and handover.
Can you supply government institutions?
Yes. We prepare quotations, technical specifications and tax invoices as required.
